Hi Bill, I asked our Realtor. She said her firm’s relocation biz is finding most moves are within CA. Personally, she’s had a few move to Nashville and Texas, but she has also had a few move back. As somebody who spent the first 20+ years of my life in SoFLA, a Miami native, no less – and has lived in Nashville, Chicago, Minnesota, CT, and let’s not forget, NJ - having lived here the better part of 30+ years, in Northern and Southern, no question: CA is my fave, and I missed it the 2x we left. And I’m not alone, which is why: For every seller, there’s a buyer… and there is no shortage of buyers. Life is short. You might as well enjoy where you live it, taxes or no taxes, humidity or no humidity, bugs or no bugs. Cheers!
